Can't purchase games

    Can't purchase games


    I can't purchase any games on the online store. I've tried two credit cards and a visa debit and every time I get an error message saying my purchase cannot be completed. This has been going on for weeks now. The last error message I got was this:

    tWk1qL2F20q26KhU.0.0.9.11

    When I put that into the error and status code search nothing came up. Starting to get a bit annoyed.

    I've been trying to buy call of duty 3 and it makes my screen go white then nothing happens. I've tried to purchase other games and it's done the same thing. I have contacted Xbox twice and they couldn't help

    Are you getting the white screen on your console or on Xbox.com? Can you try to purchase call of duty: Black ops 3 online here: Microsoft
    Store (Black ops 3)     In addition, do you get any sort of error codes that accumulate after a while when trying to purchase something?

    Have you done a full reset since it started? Holding the power button until it fully shuts off? Have you tried doing it through another account to see if you get the same problems?

    To contact Xbox Support use the Phone or Microsoft Support Chat option at

    Tell them all the information and the error code to help undestand what is happening.

    same problem to me, since the last days, it`s really pissed me off, I don`t know how often I tried to buy it and a few hours are gone for it! OMG

    No one got Idea to fix the problem????
