    I've been trying for days to purchase a 12 month subscription for XBox Live Gold. I can't purchase this on either my XBox One S or from my Surface tablet. On both systems I get the following error:

    Try that again
    Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help.

    I've waited days, I've looked online for help. I've tried all the suggestions I can find and I'm still having this issue. Based on the number of posts I've found it seems like I'm not the only one. I've tried using the gift card I was given, I've linked
    the gift card to paypal etc. Kind of frustrating that such a simple things as trying to give some money to a vendor is so difficult. Any suggestions before I give up and just give this money to Sony?

    Can't purchase/dopwnload free xbox 360 games with gold game

    I just recently purchased xbox live gold subscription this November using my CC and it works just fine. Actually I have an existing account that also have an xbox live gold subscription but because I can't download/complete the purchase of the free xbox
    360 games that comes with the gold every month I've decided to create another account. I have a US account before with an Asian unit, it doesn't have any problem with the free xbox one games but if the free xbox 360 games is not region free I can't download
    it so I switched my account to Asian. But still I can't download the free xbox 360 games that comes with it every month. So thats why I created a new account with an Asian Region and purchased an xbox live gold Asian. But the problem is still I can't download
    the FREE xbox 360 game. I already put a credit card details (which works perfectly fine during my purchase of the xbox live gold subscription) and also put up my paypal account. Still it doesn't allow me to download/purchase the game. The error says. "Sorry,
    you cannot complete the purchase right now. Please try again later." but its already been a week for this account. (almost 6 months for my primary account which already cost me 12 free games). I've tried to ask for a refund already but they said its not possible
    cause of the sales and subscription agreement something.

    I hope that this can be fixed. Or just FIX your ad, "Xbox live Gold Free Xbox One Only Games". Thanks...

    Hey Ailbe,

    Please check on that page: https://account.microsoft.com/services/ if there´s an outstanding balance showing on one of your subs, payment options.

    If so please take a look into this on how clear it: How to Pay a Past Due Balance on an Xbox Subscription
    . Once its cleared your able to redeem Codes again.

    If there´s none make sure your Payment options here: Sign in to your Microsoft account are still valid. If there´s
    none added try to add a Payment Option like CC / Paypal.

    Just to confirm, are you trying to play online and get an error to purchase a gold subscription?

    Move Xbox Live to Another Account

    Unfortunately, you can't move purchases or subscriptions like Live or Game Pass to another account :(

    Depending on when you purchased Halo and the Gold membership, you might ask the official support for a refund, so you can purchase the game and subscription again on a different account.

    But moving isn't possible currently.
