Cant purchase games on xbox store just stuck loading ?

Ok this is really annoying me now last 3 hours ive been trying to buy forza and shadow of mordor and everything is fine loads up fine untill i press buy now and then it just spins and spins loading and nothing comes up never had any probelms buying games
before untill now . i have tried clearing cache clearing cookies turning of xbox removing all wires reseting my modem and still the same when i press buy now just comes up little black screen with the little logo that spins anyone help me here ??

Can't buy game

I have the same problem when I am going to purchase a game on Xbox store and Microsoft store. It stucks at the payment option loading screen. I contacted with customer service and tried different ways, but the problem cannot be fixed. Is it a Microsoft store
server problem or a bug of Xbox summer update?

 

Randomly get disconnected from Xbox live on Xbox one

Cant play any games on XBOX one as well. Games not syncing !! Stuck at loading screen!

 

You seem to have tried most of the troubleshooting steps there.

Am I right in thinking a screen pop-ups over the store with loading circles, which would normally pop-up with the payment screen?

 

Yes exactly what happens must have tried it like a billion times now i was looking forward to some late night forza just read the other thread seems like this is happening to alot of people right now so guess its not my net so

 

There is an issue with people downloading some games at the moment in the UK, Xbox are working hard to fix it!

I hope you can get Forza soon
