    Can't purchase games / no CC info retreived


    I recently picked up a Xbox Slim... and first time working with Xbox/Xbox live.

    I open up my Xbox Live account (Originally from Windows 8) and try and get things set up . I bought a 25$ Xbox live card to buy some of the arcade games (Shadow Complex) but when i go to buy the game, it says my Credit Card info couldn't be retreived. So
    i added my CC, and tried again. Same status.... added Paypal account, same status. so i went to manage payment options, it says "Cant perform this action now"

    Contact Microsoft support...they try some things, re-add my profile... nothing worked... then basically said the it's like a 24 hours maintenance issue. It's about 24 hours, still having the same issue. Anyone experiencing this or have in the past?? I seen
    some threads from 2013, with similar issues with no resolution.

    Not a good first impression of Xbox.

    trouble purchasing spelunky

    Trying to purchase "free" game, Spelunky. Need cc info stored to purchase. Used parents cc with their permission and present, but transaction would not complete and said purchase from xbox.com. When trying to purchase from xbox.com, says must purchase from
    xbox live. Going round and round. Any suggestions?

    Never Finishes syncing fallout shelter

    Same. You can stop the sync but the vaults are on the cloud. If I can't retreive cloud data, just lost several hours and $6(bought a 5pak of mr handys) depending on refund policy. I should prob start dispute process on cc.

    Go to https://billing.microsoft.com and make sure all of your billing info matches your CC info. If you verified it and all matches up but you still can't purchase the points, contact Xbox Support.
