Is your account not set up for Russia? If not then that will be why you cannot use the card. All your personal info must match the info for your gamertag.

incorrect, the game is a Microsoft game and is supported on all platforms purchased, in essence it is an Xbox game regardless of launcher and therefore supported here too. It uses Xbox live too.

That's like saying oh you purchased an Xbox from a game shop therefore it is nothing to do with Microsoft.
