Cant Purchase games because of my preview account

So this issue has been going on for almost 2 weeks now at first i try buying Blue Estate because it was only 5$. i buy the game then when it goes to download it stops and give me Error code 0x80070570 . i use the chat they trouble shoot my XboxOne . they
did the unplug the power brink until the yellow light disapears twice, deleted my xbox one profile and put it back on, completely restart your xbox and clear local xbox 360 storage. i was then told to wait hour then rebuy the game. i do that same error i
chat back in. i was told it was a error with the licence that they couldnt see it and was told to wait a day then try again. next day same issue i try again they tell me sometime it can take a week for the licence to fully leave and come back so i wait a week.
During that time i was able to download Both WWE2K16 and that other game for gold game no issue and has well i was able to update my games no issue on my external 3TB HD. So i wait a week i go back in chat ask if everything is ok they tell me the licence is
not on file so there should be no issue . i try again same issue they tell me it a licence issue with that person and i need to email then witch i did .So today my friends wanted to play Ark now in my mind i was like well i should have no issue buying it since
it a diffrent game made by someone else. boom same issue. so after being on the phone a hour they tell me im a Preview member (something i did not understand) and that was why i was having this issue and to post on here . only troubleshouting they did was
signing in and out and clear the mac address but to no use . So the issue seems to be that i cant buy games that cost money with ether microsoft points or my credit card since they wont download on my 30% full hard drive because im a preview member but free
games and updates are fine. anyways hopefully someone can help thanks

If i purchase a game at a reduced rate because i have a gold account
When i cancel my gold subscription do i lose the game
I appreciate that happens with the free monthly game

To clarify, when you purchase a game, the transaction completes? The issue you're experiencing is in regards to actually downloading the content? Just want to make sure we have the facts straight before we begin troubleshooting.

Have you tried downloading purchased games directly your Xbox One console's internal HDD instead? Let us know what's up

 

Yeah i did it and that works ark work for me now but it was already downloaded. When they refunded me the game it started automatically downloading the game im thinking because it was a preview game the xbox was downloading it as a preview not a purchase.
So after the 24 hours since the game was already in my system when i hit buy i was able to play it no issue. Now i dont think it a issue with my external HD since i can transfer updates and play free games or games i already have on there so idk maybe it was
a fluke? anyways i dont know if the problem is fixed or not

Having a little bit of trouble understanding what's going on. Can you clarify what other games are you've had trouble with on your Xbox One? Also, you mention Ark works on your internal storage, what about other games?

 

Sure can first time i notice this issue is when i try to purchase a kinnect game that was on saled called Blue Estate that was the game in the end where i waited a week and it still did not work and they blamed it on the makers of the game.and yes i am playing
Ark off my internal but i transfert game from my internal to my external at no issue and those games work and can be updated no issue . Plus i downloaded the free game for gold ganes on there after i try purchasing said game with. No issue and played them
