    I want to give you my money, but your security protocol has made it impossible. Saying I'll need to wait a month.

    This is ridiculous. Tell me how to download Left for Dead 2 to my XBOX one and play, like. now ... not in a month.

    I've been trying to buy call of duty 3 and it makes my screen go white then nothing happens. I've tried to purchase other games and it's done the same thing. I have contacted Xbox twice and they couldn't help

    Hi there. I've never heard of this happening before. Could you please provide the exact error message that you receive on screen along with any error codes!

    Hi there,

    Did you recently update you're Microsoft account security information? If so, the update takes 30 days and the user won't be able to make purchases during that time.

    That waiting time is in place to ensure someone didn't get into your account to make it their own (and go on a shopping spree). If that's not the case and you have an error code, please let us know.

    same problem to me, since the last days, it`s really pissed me off, I don`t know how often I tried to buy it and a few hours are gone for it! OMG

    No one got Idea to fix the problem????

    Are you getting the white screen on your console or on Xbox.com? Can you try to purchase call of duty: Black ops 3 online here: Microsoft
    Store (Black ops 3)     In addition, do you get any sort of error codes that accumulate after a while when trying to purchase something?
