    Can’t purchase game


    I can’t purchase a game through my Xbox, through the Microsoft Store, through Microsoft Edge, through my phone, through an iPad, nor could the Help Chat operator make the purchase. The chat operator referred to another specialist and there is nothing wrong
    with my account and my payment options are valid. The message I get “you found a glitch in the system” comes up each time or manner that I have tried. The Support claims my problem is resolved. Obviously, it has not.

    Can’t make purchases. Can’t redownload old games

    I recently have been trying to redownload some old games that I bought on Xbox. One of which is call of duty ghosts but I am not able to redownload the game because they no longer sell the standard edition in the store. The lowest version they sell is the
    gold edition and it 59.99. Is there any way I can redownload the game? I have already gone to the ready to install section in my games and apps and it wasn’t there.

    I have also tried to buy black ops 2 on the Xbox one because it’s backwards compatible but whenever I try to make the purchase it says it can’t be made at this time. Is there something wrong with the store or is it just me?

    Also, try to remove and re-add your card.

    Thank you so much for the additional information. There are some cases that the bank may restrict purchasing to other stores but just for us to check that is there a way for you to use a different card?
