    can't purchase Game Pass


    i am trying to purchase the XBOX PC Game Pass but I keep getting an error saying my the region my payment option was issued doesn't match with the store region. I am trying to use PayPal and to the best of my knowledge both paypal info and windows info says US but i keep getting this error. Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

    You can't transfer ownership of digital purchases. He would need to purchase the game or Game Pass.

    Location, Store Region and Payment method was set to the same country...unless it reads the actual IP.

    Can I still install a specific game if it shows in the store?

    Hi KKDCustoms, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that your payment method, Microsoft store region, as well as your physical location, needs to match. You need to be physically located in the US as well.
