Cant purchase Game Pass Ultimate, keeps taking me to Family Safety page?!

Sigh, I'm still having problems.

I cant figure out how to Buy Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for my son.

If I click on the plans, there is no "purchase as a gift" option, like there is for Xbox Live Gold.

But I found that there is a "View In Store" button, which then takes me to a store page, which DOES have a Purchase as a gift option.

But on following the prompts, and entering my credit card and submitting the payment, I get a "An unexpected error was encountered". Please contact MS.

And then crashes the web page, and nothing I can do except close the browser.

UPDATE: I waited 5 minutes and tried again, and now its working, so it must have been a timing delay while details are replicated out.

Xbox accounts age can't be modified after creation, only when enough time passes to become and adult according to the date of birth set

Your reply got me thinking "why does MS think i'm a child account". So I checked my birthdate in my MS profile, and I found I had my sons birthdate in there instead of mine. lol.

But after changing that, I am still getting the same problems.

Clicking on Buy Game Pass, or clicking Sign In on xbox.com, both still take me to the https://support.xbox.com/en-NZ/help...e-safety/manage-app-privacy-settings-xbox-one page.

I'm wondering if maybe it takes some time for the changed DOB to populate through to Xbox.com, and to all MS servers?

What else could it be? What else do I need to change?
