Can't purchase free gold games

Hi!

I've got a problem - I can't purchase free xbox live gold games (like Pneuma), It's like I have no gold membership, but in my account info my gold subscrition lasts till 18 november. And I am not allowed to buy another gold status for 1 month just because
I already have it (there is an error PBR 40441).

Have no ideas what to do, need help

Hi there,

be sure to check if you have a valid payment option set up on your account for the region your console is connected to (it is advised that this is the country you are located in)

For Xbox 360 content it is required that a valid payment option is present, even for free content if the purchase is made on a different device then the Xbox 360. The payment option won't be charged btw.

Please check or add a payment option via
http://account.microsoft.com and try to make the purchase for the free game again on either console or xbox.com

Now this problem doesn't have an error code but I don't know how else to label it:

When I try to buy "Lego Indiana Jones 2", which is currently a free game with gold, I receive the message "Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox." which doesn't make sense to me
because I am trying to get the game from my Xbox One S in the store. This problem is very annoying and I would like to get this game for my little brother before it is removed from the deals with gold. Thanks in advance

From what I can see here on the forums, you do not have active gold.

I purchased a 1 month free gold status in october. In my account info I have:

Xbox Live gold status tll 18.11.2015

(I already "bought" a few games last month, but this ones I can't)

 

You'll need to try contacting support. As Otaku stated, you're not showing as gold in the forums so they will need to check on your gold status.
