Can't purchase/download - Purchase button for all games says either Unavailable or Bundle ...

Title says most of it. I can access the store on Xbox one, but for some reason the purchase button on all games says either unavailable or bundle only. Cannot download a single thing. Strangely enough, downloading on my 360 works just fine. Power cycled
my xbox one and updated my payment methods, but still unable to download.

Not really sure what else to do. I just want to give you money Microsoft... why must it be so hard?

Also the reason i can't download the games is the option is unavailable, like i go to purchase it and it doesn't pull up the confirm purchase button so i cannot click it, all it pulls up is the cancel button & the description, like it's done loading.

 

This War of Mine: The Little Ones cannot purchase or find/access purchase page on console or website

For the past month, I've been waiting to purchase This War of Mine: The Little Ones on Xbox One, priced at $29.99. The game was released today, but the game's page on the console now says Bundle Only. When clicking on the Bundle Only button to take me to
the purchase page, it goes to a black screen that says "We didn't find anything".

When using Xbox.com to purchase the game, it shows up in search results, but trying to go to the game's page leads me to the "Oops! What happened to this page?"

Does anyone have any idea of why, all the sudden, this game seems unavailable? I should've just pre-ordered it last night.

 

Also having this issue. I expect it's linked to the current service issues even though Microsoft say purchase and content usage is unaffected.

Highly frustrating.

 

Yeah, kinda my thoughts as well. Here's hoping it's working by tomorrow. Slightly comforting to learn I'm not alone though.

Are you able to access the subscriptions page in settings by chance? I am not, I get error code 0x80bd0006.

 

No, having the same error code there too.

 

Huh. I'd bet it's a service thing then, or maybe a glitch from some recent software update or something, if we're both experiencing the same thing. Hopefully it's addressed soon.

 

Are you talking about buying 360 games on the xbox one?

First and foremost you have to buy or queue 360 content from the website or 360 console an xbox one can never queue the 360 content this was stated in the announcemeng

 

No, that's not what I meant. My wording is vague however.

I meant that downloading in general is possible on my 360, but not on my One. The game I tried downloading on my One was the new Battlefront, on the 360 it was whatever the free game is currently, the name escapes me. I was unable to download the new Battlefront,
but my 360 had no problems downloading its game. Nonetheless, it's not a matter of backwards compatibility. I literally am unable to purchase anything at all, not a single thing, on the Xbox One marketplace, 360 game or otherwise.
