    Im trying to purchase forza horizon 2 for the xbox 360 online and everytime I go to make the purchase it tells me this purchase cannot be made right now try again I understand there is a service alert right now I was just wondering if there is anything I

    I can't purchase in-game content

    I'm trying to buy an operator on Rainbow Six Seige but it won't let me. It loads but doesn't ask for any of my details and doesn't add the items I want to the game. Please help.

    Hey I'm trying to buy the black ops rezurrection map pack and when I click confirm purchase it says this isn't available on my region, or the file is corrupted, or we don't recognize the format please help.

    The status code that appear is 80150017

    Lee - That content is region locked. In order to download your account region and your physical location have to match and you need to live in a region where the content is available.

    If you live in a region where the content is available, you would need to migrate your account to that region. If you live in a region where the content is not available, you would not be able to download it.

    Okay, so the xbox live gold subscription that i have is associated with a cc in the u.s. this will affect my subscription or not?

    If gold is available in your region then the subscription should still work, but you would need to change your payment method to match your region for renewals.

    You can't move purchases between accounts. If you bought it with Account A, you can move Account A and it's content to Console B, but you can't change the owner of the purchased content to Account B.

    You can't transfer any content from one account to another. You will have to use the account the content was created/purchased with.
