Cant purchase content from store using my xbox

The store itself works fine. All content shows up and trailers work no problem, until i try to buy something. i enter my password like always, but after that it just says working (where the 'buy' button option is) and the screen shades out for 10 seconds.
when it comes back i get a try again please check your interet connection. cant connect to the store message. Everything works fine on XBL except for this, and its been like this for a couple of days. I also tried to buy a different game and i get the same
response. I did make a purchase in the store using my phone, so i dont think its my account. my system was updated 8/20/16. so far ive been told to 1. delete account 2. clear cache through blue ray settings? 3. clear alt mac address 4. reboot modem/router
. Only after i did all this i was informed that being a preview member im supposed to speak with the preview program support team. If this is indeed a bug or a known issue please let me know. untill then ill be using my phone to buy content for my XB1. Thank

This offer is only open to add-on content for Free to Play titles purchased from the Xbox Store. Add-on content includes, but is not limited, to gem/coin packages, additional skins, starter packs etc. This does not include purchases made within the game,
as well as purchases made using premium or earned currency.

Since you can only purchase lunchboxes from the in-game store, it would not be eligible for this offer.

 

Oxenfree Xbox One

Xbox Live purchase and content issues at the moment. Most likely why it's not showing up.

 

As embarrassing as it is to admit this, it turns out the only card on my profile was locked down due to my bank and a fraud alert from Visa. After calling my bank and confirming it was indeed my card, the xbox store started working in the normal fashion.

I have a problem with my store but when I try to purchase anything it never gets to the confirmation page and it just sits there loading for a long time and I don't know what to do please fix
