    I have the same issue but it keeps telling me that I can't download my profile at this time try again later. I have cleared the cache, removed the corrupted files and now I can't download or create a new profile.

    Same thing! And this is recently after I lost my already purchased items and coins! Not at all pleased with this. A week later I'm still waiting on a reply from support re: the lost packs and coins.

    Alright, what type of computer di you have (Aka specs) two what type of connection do you have (via wireless? Via wired? Via wireless and wired?) how fast is your internet connection. (if you don't know you can go to bing and search speed test and use their
    speed test app) is the xbox app updated? Can the streaming work on other computers?
