Cant purchase cod black ops

I have 30 euros on my microsoft account and when i try to buy it wont let me. I think its because it says "encrypted" what do i do ?

So .......... I tried to go to the cod black ops forum to get info on this and cant get on.

Everything I try to do takes me to a page with options for elite, mw3 and black ops ... but the black ops option wont work.

No its just when i try to buy the only pay option that appears is paypal and i have money on my micrsoft account

 

Are you trying to make the purchase on the console or the website? You can only use your Microsoft account balance on a 360 console to purchase 360 content.

 

Im trying on the website . But it seems that on the 360 works thanks dude
