Cant purchase Carmine Helmet Avatar prop

So I wanted to buy the Carmine Helmet Avatar prop, but as soon as I click the Payment button it gives me following error code:

Apparently I cant find this prop in the ingame store on my xbox. Just on this online page with my laptop.

So why cant I buy it? Is it becouse I am located in germany and it is some sort of restricted content or what? And if so, is there a way to get it anyway? Couse I REALLY want that.

Yes i feel completely ripped off and think its a waste of money but that didn't seem to stop me at the time..

you unlock kats helmet for your avatar via getting an achievement, cant remember wich one :$

and you can also get a recon helmet for your avatar, with a code

or you can get an ingame recon helmet for your spartan with a code

 

The link you're posting is from the US marketplace which is why it shows up online but not through your console. The marketplace on your console will show everything that is available in your region. If it is not listed there then that means it is not available
for purchase from your region. There would be no way around that.

 

Oh boy... And if I change my Region settings or something? I mean there HAS to be a way. This is some serious bulls*** in my opinion.

 

Even if you were to migrate your region, you will have issues downloading content that is not available in your region. For some content your account region has to match your physical location.

Also, changing your region just to get content that is not available in your region is a violation of the terms of service and can risk getting your account banned.
