CANT PURCHASE BO2????

I can't purchase black ops 2! I have all the right card info and the money is there but I when I go to actually make a purchase it doesn't work! It says "Your purchase cannot be complete at this time. Please try again."

Anyone having the same problem?

Purchased add on and cant access it?

I recently purchased Forza 3 and then at the weekend purchased the Hot Wheels add on. However, I now cannot go from the Hot Wheels demo page to actually play it. Can anyone explain how I can access to play?

Oh okay. I hope its just that. Its just weird because I have no problems downloading or buying anything else. It just seems to be this specific game. (although I obviously haven't tried them all)

Are you trying to make the purchase on your Xbox One console or via Xbox.com? Could you try both options and see if one of them works for you?

If not, post back and let us know and we'll see if we can look into it.
