    Can't Purchase Black Ops 1 on Xbox One


    So I was having the same issue tried to go to xbox.com and buy it and still was not able to talked to support for about and hour and all they could come up with was that there server was having an issue, which I already knew. However, I was able to finally
    purchase the game and download it on my xbox one. I was not able to get it through xbox.com.

    I had to go and find my old Xbox 360 and purchase the game on its marketplace, then after purchased I was able to go back on my Xbox one, go to my games, then go over to games ready to install and there it was and am currently downloading.

    Hope this helps some of y'all but you do need to have an xbox 360 still for this method I just got luck because I traded my other 360 in and this one had the ring of fire last time it was used but luckily it worked long enough this time to purchase the game.

    Hi eggnogg5,

    Yes! If you purchase the game on your Xbox 360 digitally it will reflect on your Xbox One's "Ready to Install" List. You may also want to purchase a physical disk which runs on both Xbox One and 360.

    Hey, everyone!

    This thread has been answered on multiple occasions. You cannot purchase Black Ops 1 on the Xbox One at this time. You will need to purchase it on xbox.com or an Xbox 360.

    If you are unable to purchase it from those options, please post up a new thread so that we can look into it further. Thanks for understanding!

    Black Ops 1 Zombie map purchase

    Game and DLC purchases are associated with your Microsoft account. If you purchase the DLC on the Xbox 360, they will work on the Xbox One as well since Black Ops 1 is backwards compatible.
