    it seems when you change the password for ALL MS actions it should mean ALL.. They can' even find my buy my new address that's 2 years old, and no it 2ill not send me a password change email. I have tried 5 timews

    Cant accept new Terms and Conditions

    I am 19 and I cant use my gamertag because it's asking me to accept terms of use... But I can't do that as the email address connected to my dad's parent account is no longer in use and it won't accept any passwords. Both my dad and I have tried singing
    in on Xbox website but we can't access our account settings it just tells us to log in and accept terms of use... Then log back in and accept... It goes round in circles.

    Can't Accept New Terms of Use on XBOX Live

    I Can't Accept New Terms of Use on XBOX Live because My Parents account has been delete 1 years ago...

    The parent e-mail for my account has not been use for a few years now because a new e-mail has been created and when I enter the password for the old parent e-mail it says that the password is not valid.

    I recently switched over to a new Xbox from my very old one and it says I don't own COD Advanced Warfare when I did on the old Xbox, I can't even find it on my account purchases which is really weird.

    I tried looking through my Account history of purchases but Can't find it so I think it was purchased on a different account but I don't think that's the case because I did purchase a different item on the Old Xbox and I knew it was on this account but ever since I switched Xbox consoles I don't own the item nor is it on my purchase history and i never cleared it. I hope you can help me find a solution to this because this has been a confusing journey for me.

    I'm trying to buy Realms but it is blocked by Family Settings

    I'm having this issue, and idk even how. I'm not part of a family, my account has never been anything but an adult account, and this issue is recent. I can't buy a Java realm because it says I don't have permission, like my money my card my game wasn't permission enough. Sometime it even throws an error, the error specifying it was blocked by family settings. Where tf are "family settings"? I can't find em on the xbox, on xbox.com, microsoft, accounts.live, I even downloaded the "family settings app" which had nothing. How do I fix this so I can make my purchase and move on?
