Can't purchase BC games from MS store

Hi,

I just tried to purchase RDR 1 from MS store but couldn't an error pops up like failed to purchase. I know I cant use wallet there, so I am using my CC, this is the same CC I use for my Gold & Game pass renewal + purchase anything from MS store, but not working
with BC titles, any help?

Try another credit card, if possible, also take the test on an Xbox 360

I had that problem two weeks ago. You need to speak to Microsoft support staff, they will escalate the issue and get it fixed for you. Took maybe 2-3 hrs after I spoke to them in chat.

this is soo annoying now, wanted to grab a few BC games during this mega sale,

You might need to update your credit card info or possibly account info, I had the same issue as well not too long ago.

Thanks for posting your question here on the Xbox forums. So to be clear, this is not a pre paid card that you are trying to use, right? Aide from that, have you tried using a different browser or device to purchase these backwards compatible titles.
