Can't purchase anything

My son transferred his profile from his 360 to his xbox one. On his 360 he had no problem purchasing DLC or other game content. But now it doesn't let him. This frustrates both of us. I cant even change his settings from my account which I was previously
able to do on the 360

Recently, every single time I try to purchase something from an in-game store the billing screen starts to load but never pops up. Any suggestions?

Can't purchase anything

For the past 2 days I have been trying to buy games on the marketplace. The same error comes up, please try again something went wrong on our side. I've reset my console and updated the store but it still won't work. If anyone with a solution knows how to
fix this, I would like to know before the sale ends.

I am having sort of the same issue. My son is now not able to download anything since we got an Xbox One rated T or M when he was previously able to so on the 360. I realize he is "under age" but since this wasn't an issue before how come it is now. Is
there any way I can allow this?

If you have added your son to your family, the you will be able to change the settings to allow them to play M rated games. Microsoft is trying to move everything over to the Family page on
account.live.com/family

You can also change settings on their profile, when your signed into yours, by visiting:
Sign in to your Microsoft account

Can you clarify which console and game you're having trouble making in-game purchases from? Depending on the game, the issue may be best to reach out to the publisher in regards to. Let us know

ĴYo i have the same problem I can't buy my games I have money on my xbox but I can't buy the game or dlc I can't click the buy button en no I don't use credit card I use Microsoft redeem card 50 euros and the xbox says I can't use my money +xbox store update never update fix the bug please

Please try to remove and re-add the card from your payment options. You can remove the payment method by doing the steps below.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

Select Payment options.

In the box that contains your current payment option, select the box that contains the trash can icon to Remove your payment method.

You can add it again by doing the steps below.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

Select Payment options.

Select Add a new payment method.

Choose a payment option, and then follow the instructions to add or update your payment option.

Try purchasing the content you want to purchase and see if it works.
