    Cant purchase anything.


    I've been trying to purchase some Avatar clothing and The Witcher 2 cause it's free but while loading the page to enter a card it says I found a glitch in the system. I have tried on my Xbox one, My phone and My laptop. On my laptop I have tried IE, Chrome
    and Firefox and they all get the same error. I have tried Power cycling my xbox one. I have factory restored it and redownload my profile and nothing works. Any help is appreciated.

    You can't. You would have to create a new account.

    What status code/error do you get when you try to buy anything? If it onoly happens on one account its probably a lock or a violation on that account.

    same thing happening to me,really annoyed...thats 3 days it not allowed me to purchase anything..totally peed off....now i need go get ps card and download the games i wanted on the PS3,while i wait 48 hours to see if it corrects itself..

    Creating a new account won't change your orignal account's region. You'd have to create a new account and get points for that account.
