    Can't purchase anything


    For the past 2 days I have been trying to buy games on the marketplace. The same error comes up, please try again something went wrong on our side. I've reset my console and updated the store but it still won't work. If anyone with a solution knows how to
    fix this, I would like to know before the sale ends.

    Recently, every single time I try to purchase something from an in-game store the billing screen starts to load but never pops up. Any suggestions?

    ĴYo i have the same problem I can't buy my games I have money on my xbox but I can't buy the game or dlc I can't click the buy button en no I don't use credit card I use Microsoft redeem card 50 euros and the xbox says I can't use my money +xbox store update never update fix the bug please

You mentioned that you received an error, it would be helpful if that is something you could share. What edition of Minecraft are you trying to purchase?

    As part of our troubleshooting, please use a different browser such as Microsoft Edge and see if you'll get the same error. You may also try to use a different payment method.

    Please try to remove and re-add the card from your payment options. You can remove the payment method by doing the steps below.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

    Select Payment options.

    In the box that contains your current payment option, select the box that contains the trash can icon to Remove your payment method.

    You can add it again by doing the steps below.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

    Select Payment options.

    Select Add a new payment method.

    Choose a payment option, and then follow the instructions to add or update your payment option.

    Try purchasing the content you want to purchase and see if it works.

    If it's still not working, please try purchasing the content on a web browser through the Microsoft Store Xbox page using your computer.

    To buy again you must change the region, keep in mind that you must wait 3 months to do so from when you created the account or if you have already changed the region you must wait 3 months again. Additionally, if you have a balance in your account after changing regions you will not be able to use it, so it is recommended that if you are going to be in one place for a short period, do not change regions. Instead, it is recommended to create a new account. With the current region.

    If you decide to continue, follow these steps on your console:

    For Xbox One or Xbox Series X/S:

    Sign in to your Xbox.
    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    Go to Profile & system > Settings > System > Language & location.
