    cant purchase anything on xbox one store


    im new to xbox one, just got it today, signed into my account and added my paypal onto my live email account and onto my xbox one, but when i try to purchase something "you have no valid payment options on file" so i pick change payment options, takes me
    to xbox site on microsot edge and shows me my paypal on payment options, i choose pay with paypal, then it just refreshes the page and does nothing

    I haven't tried to buy anything, but when I go to enter a code for Alien Isolation, it just stays on a spinning circle whether I try to scan it or enter it manually. I also have a 3 month gold sub that I can not enter. Should I try to enter both on this
    site? Should I try the store as well?
