    Hi Crispien. Your controller purchase from the Design Lab was made on December 24th. Our Design Lab offer ran from December 1 - December 17. Since your purchase was made after the offer period, you are not eligible for the award.

    There are no offers that award the purchase of a Xbox Design Lab controller.

    Currently, Design Lab controllers are only available for purchase to customers in the United States and Canada. If you are located in a region outside of those, you will be unable to make a purchase at this time. You are welcome to request additional region
    support over on Xbox Feedback.
