    can't purchase anything from the xbox one store


    i keep getting an error message every time i try to buy something that says "try that again. something happened on our end. waiting a bit might help." i haven't made any purchases in the past like.. four months, so there aren't any pending bills to be paid.
    on the xbox live status page everything is checked green, normal. it's been doing this all week, never happened before. i don't know how to fix it, i feel like i've tried everything. please help, i really need to buy overwatch lootboxes before the halloween
    event ends.

    Can't purchase anything from xbox store

    Hi, I've been trying for a couple of weeks to buy some games from the Xbox Store, but when I press purchase and put my password it says "working" and then nothing happens. It's the same with movies and TV shows. All my payment and billing options are up
    to date and I've checked and it's not an outage. Anyone has any solutions?

    If this carries on, i will sell my xbox and be done with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ĴYo i have the same problem I can't buy my games I have money on my xbox but I can't buy the game or dlc I can't click the buy button en no I don't use credit card I use Microsoft redeem card 50 euros and the xbox says I can't use my money +xbox store update never update fix the bug please

    Please try to remove and re-add the card from your payment options. You can remove the payment method by doing the steps below.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

    Select Payment options.

    In the box that contains your current payment option, select the box that contains the trash can icon to Remove your payment method.

    You can add it again by doing the steps below.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

    Select Payment options.

    Select Add a new payment method.

    Choose a payment option, and then follow the instructions to add or update your payment option.

    Try purchasing the content you want to purchase and see if it works.

    If it's still not working, please try purchasing the content on a web browser through the Microsoft Store Xbox page using your computer.

    I'm having the exact same problem though I've purchased other things without issue. It's Panzer Dragoon Orta with the problem.

    I tried on Xbox One X, PC through browser and PC through Win10 store. I even tried a purchase with just MS credit.

    Trying through the Win10 store through the cart has an additional error in the background
