Cant purchase anything from the store..

Same thing is happening here in ireland to cannot purchase forza and shadow of mordor just stuck spinning when i click buy now and this is happening on both the console and xbox website

Im having this problem myself now at the moment. Trying to buy The Evil Within, and even before I can accept my credit card info, I get the grey spinning wheel endlessly spinning. I even left it for 30 mins, still spinning. I tested it on other games on
the marketplace aswell and still nothing, please help xbox.

 

In Ireland and it is happening again. I try to enter a code and it just stays at the spinning circle.

 

Still getting the problem, was going to buy minecraft, but no go, tried other game to be sure, same issue with them also. Living in Ireland

Are you guys currently still having the spinning wheel when you try to make purchases? Is this happening on the website or on your consoles? What region are you in (gruntreaper and bran, I see you're both from Ireland)?

I haven't tried to buy anything, but when I go to enter a code for Alien Isolation, it just stays on a spinning circle whether I try to scan it or enter it manually. I also have a 3 month gold sub that I can not enter. Should I try to enter both on this
site? Should I try the store as well?

in confirming that they can't make purchases in the Marketplace, then I will use their info.

I used the code on the website and it is downloading now. Also, the option to enter a code on my console is now working. Lastly I went to buy a Minecraft skin for cheap just to see if it worked and it did so everything seems to be back to normal for me at
least.

Have the same problem, i am trying to preorder Advanced Warfare, also i been trying for months to dl stuff, but keeps doing the circle thingy, its really annoying me now!!
