Cant purchase anything from the store..

Hi all

Basically i cannot buy anything. Every time i click on purchase it just comes up with the spinning loading wheel and stays like that. I have tried this with pre orders, passes and live games. I have tried a full reboot, holding down power button for 10 seconds
etc. Is it down for anyone else? i really wanna pre order forza to start the download

I get an error message Purchase-Billing-10134 (i think thats right) and then the numbers below alter every frikkin time, it's been like that since I've had it and they said it would be elavated, if not sorted in a week phone back and find out why.

Rang back a week later and told about US to UK hours difference but it had been forwarded to them and they should hopefully see it today .. like what the ??

Brand new system and since day one all I get is to phone support who when phoned seem to be a waste of a phone call.

I am having similar issue, trying to redeem my car pack code for Forza and when trying to redeem the code either via kinnect or 25 digit code it doesnt do anything but the spinny wheel.

Am guessing there is issues with the store just now

 

same here trying to use redeem code for fifa 15. cant do it on console or on website

 

Yep can't get the free game with gold or download anything. Pray for no issues with my preordered forza 2 ultimate in the morning! Was going to get up at 7am to play it.

This is stupid now, no response from MS, service alerts say everything is normal but still cant order forza

Hey, all! Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention. We are currently aware of users in the UK unable to access the store on xbox.com and the Xbox One. If you are in the UK and cannot make purchases, please keep an eye on this thread for updates.
So everyone that comes in this thread can see this, I've gone ahead and verified this post. Once I have more information, I will post up here for you guys.

I have the exact same problem, and I live in Norway. This is really frustrating... I'm trying to buy the new forza horizon 2 game for the xbox one.
