Can't purchase any in game products

I am having the same problem and no one can help me.

I'm confused as to what the seller can't do.

You asked for a refund and say the refund was canceled, so did you get the product or not?

DLC and in-game currency purchased is not refundable so you should still have the item purchased.

A game purchased through your Microsoft account, if refunded can later be repurchased through your account.

If the purchase was done through a reseller, you need to work with them. If they cancelled the refund request, and took back the product, they owe you either the product or the money.

Hello Zuriela, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your game.

First, please log in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and make sure the purchase is listed as completed in your history. Depending on when you bought it you may need to use the filters to select All purchases.

If it shows as completed please highlight the game on your dashboard and press the start button on your controller. Select Manage, then click on the picture and finally choose Select All then Save make sure the content installs properly.

Limited to digital purchases only.

Controller is a physical product so you can't use it

That is all dependant on where you are going but remember, if you purchase any product outsite your country, you are liable to pay the tax for the country you ourchased it in. The forums can't really help or give further advice on this.
