    it seems my account is blocked or something because I cannot buy any game using my Xbox app. I use a paypal account and it works in any other service, can anyone help me? Thank you.

    creating/joining clubs on xbox app

    so i am using the xbox app for mobile games and for some reason i can’t join, or create a club. on my settings it’s allowing me to but in the app tells me i can’t and that i need to modify the settings to allow me to. i’ve signed out multiple times but nothings
    working.

    Rubbish OneGuide

    Can’t believe it, a massive company like Microsoft can’t work out how to change channels on OneGuide without a Kinect sensor, I can flick threw the guide but can’t actually select a channel to view using my Xbox pad, this app is pointless leave the Tv providers
    to provide tv, absolute time wasters.

    Could you try to factory reset your console by bringing up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter?

    Bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter:

    “Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
    Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

    Press and hold the Pair button and the Eject button on the console, and then press the Xbox button on the console.

    Note: The Xbox Series S and the Xbox One S All-Digital Edition do not have Eject buttons. You can bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter on this console by holding only the Pair button (steps 3 and 4) and then pressing the Xbox button.

    Continue holding the Pair and Eject buttons for 10–15 seconds.

    Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the Pair and Eject buttons after the second power-up tone.

    The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.”

    Did you select the “keep my games and apps” on the Xbox startup troubleshooter?

    If your answer is affirmative, you may want to try again and select instead “remove everything”.

    Just make sure to know the credentials for every profile registered on the console.

    Additionally, it is important to clarify that your saved data in games is uploaded to the cloud as long as your Xbox was connected to the internet before the issue.

    Do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? A corrupted hard drive may cause issues as well.
