cant purchase any dlc or view my payment info on xbox one?

i had the same thing happen. i had to get my account suspended while they investigate it. 10000 points were bought before i had to cancel my paypal agreement with microsoft. i couldnt remove my payment info on xbox's side and still cant and so i had to go
to paypal and void things out. I think as I cut off things on my paypal side that someone was still purchasing because when I log in it tells me I owe them money now which I dont because I never purchased any and xbox wouldnt let me remove my payment info.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are inquiring about seeing what payment instrument was used to make a purchase on your account.

By viewing your
Order history you are able to view what was purchased on your account, and what payment instuement was used to make that purchase.

Keep in mind that you will only be able to view this on accounts that have purchases made. If you are not logged into the correct account, its possible you will not see this info.

For some odd reason the saved payment info for 360 purchases is different to the saved info for Xbox One and Microsoft purchases. I would try making a 360 purchase in your browser on Microsoft.com first, and save your payment at checkout, that should make
on console purchases easier
