Can't purchase any coin packs

I not sure what has happened. When I try to buy a coin pack, I get a message that ( The purchase you requested cannot be performed, since it has already been completed before). I've tried to call support and the main Microsoft phone numbers, but nobody
was able to help me or direct me to the right place. One guy told me it was the developer's problem. But he couldn't tell me how to get in touch with them ( phone number or website). Can someone help me out?

Problem with gold purchases

I bought 2 of the 1000 gold coin packs and 1 500 coin pack and haven’t gotten them in game but gotten all my starter pack purchases any help would be great

 

Can I use Xbox Live Marketplace Points for FUT?

Yes you have to purchase the pack(s) with Microsoft Points. You can also buy the packs with your Coins you earn in the game but you are not able to purchase the coins on the market place.

 

yes why is no one assisting us with this payments problem .Microsoft are not being user friendly in the matter of being unable to obtain token from the shop especially on the Bingo site. It may be a designer fault but does this mean that Microsoft allows
faulty ,fraudulent product to be openly abused.

 

I too am having problems with purchasing coin packs and get the same message as the first post. I have went through all the support pages, I have uninstalled Microsoft Bingo and then reinstalled it, this was supposed to clear out the cache. No change,
I still the the same response. I have checked for updated, I have updated my payment options and even added another payment option. I have went through all my security and options and am now downloading the Windows 10 anniversary update. I will report back
if that did the trick. Very frustrating, I have spent hundreds of $ in this game and find the error messages at sign in, the much needed fixes for purchases and streaming problems extremely annoying. Why don't I just uninstall and quit trying to play this
game, because the base game itself is good, I just need them to step up their game when it comes to customer support! I know the game is profitable!

 

Well I am sad to say that although I did the windows 10 anniversary upgrade and have updated my payment options, uninstalled and reinstalled and yes I restarted after each process, I STILL CANNOT PURCHASE COIN PACKS.

After spending hundred of $$ on this game it has now been left out in the cyber darkness as far as customer support. I have therefore no option but to uninstall it and give my money to some other gaming company...good by Microsoft Bingo and Xbox partnership.
It's a shame as I also have 4 other of you "partnership games" but my feeling is if you can't fix one, then the others also are soon to fail. I realize that 5-6,000 a year is peanuts to you, but multiply that by 1000's of readers and....well you do the math.

 

I am also having the same problem as the above people, I've reported it on line, I've called (no help there either). The game was uninstalled, re installed, I checked for windows updates not completed, etc etc etc. And was told the same thing that it
must be a developer problem. NO problem with any other game except Bingo. HELP!!!

 

i have been having the same purchase problem as everyone else when playing mic bingo. makes me very angry as i to have spent lots of money on this game. fix it or get rid of it!!!!
