Can't Purchase Add-On

I've tried all of those ways but no matter what I purchase on the store or website it's the same result. Im probably going to wait til the servers are fixed.

Try both methods: from your console go to the store (i assume you of course have already tried this) or from another device, go on the website, sign in, and try to purchase the add on: sometimes the website works a bit better. Just search on the internet

Is your console set in your real region? I mean, if you are french, is your console set in France region? If you are from the US, is it set in the US region? And so on.

For a lot of non enlgish speaker players, it is easier just set their console in the US or the UK, so that every game is in english and you do not have to cope with dubbing/subtitles problems. But if you set your console in a region which is not yours, some
purchase will not be avaialable: it can be due to different sales/offers, or just incompatibility.

Do you have a credit card instead of a debit card? Have you tried with a credit card?

Also, does the error message says to you that the information you are putting is not matching the card details or is not matching your Microsoft account details? Would you please share a screenshot of it?

We had a subscription which was just cancelled. We tried reloading card details as we used the card successfully before bit it says info does not match card. We are in South Africa
