Cant purchase a single thing from any cards on my xbox

Hello have you checked to make sure everything you are inputting is accurate??? Make sure its no spaces or anything check in front of your name and make sure its no space. Make sure all the numbers are correct. Make sure the address is the same address
associated with the card.

And I also cannot add any payment option probably because my credit card region also coincides with my xbox account region. Thus I cant purchase anything from the marketplace.

I didn't add any credit card. It was just a single purchase

a friend has the same problem. he got "mspoints" (or money card or whatever they called now) from the store, redeemed the code but cant buy anything, its blocked. the support told him he has to give them his credit card information, that would be the only
solution to make purchases from his account. i googled and THE ONLY thing i found on this was this:

its all bs imo

Nothing there. It was taken directly out of my savings account, not off my checking account which is attached to a card. I also checked my paypal which is where most things are pulled from for any xbox purchases, nothing there either.
