    Can’t purchase a game


    Hi, im trying to buy Modern Warfare on my xbox one but whenever i press purchase, it says “Oops, not sure what happened there. Please try again later.” I first tried buying it like yesterday or the day before and it said something like that there was an authentication issue or something. Im not sure what the problem is. I have my card info on my xbox correct, ive checked. Ive waited at least 24 hours like microsoft support said to do, not sure what to do. Is it like RDR2 where you have to buy the online to play the story?

    I am thank you. Yeah i tried this, same thing happened, same error message. I know my card works because i used it yesterday night.

    Thanks for that, you may also try to check on your bank's end if there are any restrictions on your end.

    Also, try to remove and re-add your card.

    Thank you so much for the additional information. There are some cases that the bank may restrict purchasing to other stores but just for us to check that is there a way for you to use a different card?
