  1. can't purchase a backwards compatible game through the Xbox website

So ive been dying to play this game called Ruse. I've searched it on my Xbox one and founded out that i can only purchase it on either a Xbox 360 or xbox.com. since i no longer have my 360, i tried to purchase it through the website but when i get to the
confirmation page, it says "your purchase cant be completed at this time". Only thing that is upsetting me is ive been trying to purchase it for the past month. Is there a reason why im getting this message?

    :)

How to buy Oblivion for xbox one x ?

The One store/website have never been updated to work with the currency system for backwards compatible content. The only way to purchase backwards compatible games with the funds on your account is through a 360 console.

Oblivion is backwards compatible so it will work on the One X. You can view a list of backwards compatible games at https://www.xbox.com/xbox-one/backward-compatibility/available-games

[HELP] How to view digital contents bought for the Xbox360 now? Is there any possibility to use them on an XboxOne?

You can view your purchase history through a 360 console (for some reason it's not available through the website anymore), but on the One, anything you purchased on the 360 that is backwards
    compatible
will be available for you to download through your Games and Apps.

You may be seeing this for a couple of reasons. Some possibilities:

    * You are attempting to use Microsoft account credit to purchase this title, which is not permitted except on an actual Xbox 360 console

    * You have a minor account (under age 18), which is not allowed to make Xbox 360 content purchases on anything other than an actual Xbox 360 console

some 360 games only accept credit card or are not available at the moment and you just have to wait

Please make sure that you have a valid payments method as Xbox 360 cannot be put with account balance.

I would also try different browsers and through the Xbox App.
