    Can't purchase 360 games on xb1 anymore.


    I can't seem to buy 360 games from the Xbox store anymore. I can download the free games with gold no problem and the sane with tv and movies but not 360 games.

    I have bought and downloaded 360 games with no problem in the past.

    I've tried restarting the console, cycling it, changing region, different payment options etc. I can't purchase on the website or in the app. I just get 'sorry your purchase cannot be completed. Please try again'

    Can't price/download BC games.

    Yes, I also CAN purchase via my 360.

    BUT, I was wondering why I can't on my XB1.

    This game is only showing up for purchase on the 360 store not XB1. Is there any way currently to purchase this digitally and play via backwards compatibility on my XB1 currently?

    ive had this problem before.. i dont know if its the same as me solution wise but i had to change the zipcode for my billing info, so review all the details! hope it helps

    Purchasing is limited is BS. You can't buy the game on xb1 without a credit card on file or without a 360.

    Not sure if you're referring to XB1 or the 360.On the 360 I've noticed 2 things that have changed.You can no longer message someone who has their status set as offline even if they are in the same game you are.Also the option to report players is gone.You
    can still submit a review-you just can't report them anymore.
