Cant purchase 360 games on my xbox one

hey

Every time I try to purchase a backwards compatable game through the xbox store I get a "no valid payment option" message but i never used to get it I've tried multiple payment types and nothing seems to work help please

Cant purchase xbox 360 game on xbox one

On my Xbox one I tried to purchase call of duty world at war but I says that I cant make that purchase. On Xbox support I says that child and teen accounts cant make these purchases on the Xbox one and I would need to make the purchase on a Xbox 360 but
I don't have one. The thing is that I was able to purchase call of duty black ops 1 and fallout 3 on my Xbox one and I don't see a difference for this game. On the Xbox one and on the Microsoft family page it says that I am an adult. I never had a Xbox 360
so I could have never had just re-download the game from the Xbox 360. What I would want to know is how was I able to make these purchases before and not now.

Just wondering

i've been trying for the last couple of days now an i cant purchase any backwards compatible games, when i asked someone from support they told me i need a xbox 360 console to purchase these games. my question is do i have to purchase
a new console because my xbox one is no longer backwards compatible or is the next xbox update going to allow xbox 360 games purchase again?

You would need to purchase on the website as you cant currently purchase 360 games from an xbox one. Make sure it definitely is backwards compatable before buying. Once purchased you can download to yout xbox one.

If its 360 games it still runs on the games with gold 360 rules its only xbox one that is different

However you cant make a second purchase on the same account you will have to use it on another account

You cant buy 360 games on xbox one using Microsoft credit. You would need an xbox 360 console and purchase the contnent there using the account credit. This content would then appear in the ready to instal section of your xbox one if it is backwards compatible
