Can't Promote Account To Adult

Hello, recently my Xbox 360 account has been telling me that the adult account connected to my account is no longer valid, causing me to play in offline mode. The problem arises that I should be able to switch my account to an adult account but I can't find
any advice anywhere as to where I go to upgrade my account either on this site or on the Xbox itself, do I need to somehow fandangle my account so it can return to online mode before I upgrade or am I missing something about how to promote my account? In addition
when I attempt to change the adult account the information I put in gets accepted but leads to a glitch that won't let the problem advance further, if needed I can get the bug code for I do not have it right now.

Hey there Crunk! Apologies, but you can't remove a Parental Account until they turn to an adult and promote their account to an Adult Account on their Account. Thanks!

 

getting rid of Age Limits/restrictions

Once the age on the account is 18, you can promote the account to an adult account. If the account is not of age yet, then you can't promote it yet.

 

You can't upgrade your child account to adult account till you turn 18

That being said you must use account.microsoft.com to fix your expired parental account issue. Usually by assigning a new one

 

Update on the situation : I have found what might be the way to promote my account, I just need to fix the adult account situation and then I should be able to fix this.
