    "cant process your payment" help?


    So recently there has been a sale on Xbox Live with "93% off" and i tried to buy it but everytime it just says "We couldnt process your payment" but still cuts 4RS from my account on three occasions and at one point i tried another credit card and it cut
    1$ and it still hasnt given me xbox live gold yet. I looked in the regions in which xbox live services are available and my country isnt one of them but still why cut the money ? also is there still a way to purchase it online? any help/suggestion would be
    appreciated !

    The hours of operation in central time is 7am - 12pm Monday through Friday and 7am - 8pm Saturday and Sunday

    Let us know if the time zone is different since we do have other phone numbers that our support can be reached at.

    You also have the option to go to your local store, grocery store or game store and purchase a Microsoft currency card and just

    load the money onto it.. and redeem it onto your Microsoft account to be able to make the purchase. Also, I agree with the

    comments above about speaking to an actual Xbox Live voice agent so they can get into your Microsoft billing account and see

    what the issue is with your payment instrument. Follow the link below to set up a call back from an actual agent
