    hi i tried buying the 79.99£ vbucks have enough money but says cant process payment and its came up like i have brought the vbicks but no vbucks are on my acoount bar 50 vbucks can u help me? please

    I have done this and the message that keeps coming up is, sorry your payment can’t be processed it’s a problem on our end please try again later… this has been happening for 4 days now !

    Hi there,

    try the following steps

    1. Check http://account.microsoft.com to see if all information is up to date

    3. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:
    http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/settings-and-initial-setup/clear-system-cache

    4. Turn the console off.

    5. Turn the console on.

    6. Clear the console cache one more time

    7. Try the friend request

    If that fails also try to see what happens when you send the friend request via xbox.com?

    If it's not working on xbox.com either then it's best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Trouble processing payment

    I'm not sure if it was the same error code, but about a year ago I had a similar message when trying to purchase a game which said that it was having trouble processing my payment. I knew there was no issue with my debit card, so I wasn't sure what
    was causing it either. I wound up backing out of the Store and left it alone until later that evening. Then I tried again, a few hours later, and it went through fine. Just thought I'd add this, in case you might want to try again and see if it does go through.

    I am sorry for bad phrasing. I tried to buy it via internet browser on my PC, and yes, I tried on Xbox marketplace. It seems like only Rock Band 4 DLCs are supproted right now?
