    When I try to buy a Xbox Digital game it says that I need to talk to the Microsoft support. I need help please.

    I have this problem too, after buying xbox live gold for 3 months i cant proceed to buy micrsoft points for games. Can anyone help me with this?

    Ryse mandatory update not installing

    i have done these steps as well... and played game when not connected... but when i connect it says update needed... so i proceed and it downloads forever and never finishes... stuck at 93% with Ryse and about 82% with Dead Rising.... buy a online console
    and you cant even download the damn patches to play

    Got the same error today for the first time. Checked and everything is okay but still can't buy anything via the xbox app or website.

    Maybe something on MS side is down?
