    Can't print postage label and rubbish customer service


    basically I need to send my Xbox one in for repair , I've completed the process, but when I try to print the shipping/postage label, the screen just gives a blank white box with a very small blue square in the middle with a white question mark in it, I
    have had your team resend me links to this via email, and it keeps happening, I have tried printing from laptop, pc, iPad, and phone and same every time, I just need to know how to get a label, I have tried using online chat but every time I get to type this
    question, the chat is conveniently ended, been without Xbox nearly to weeks as can't get through to anyone.

    here     for additional info on printing your shipping label. If you are still unable to get a label to print, please contact Xbox Customer Service by phone at 1-800-4MY-XBOX for further assistance. Additionally, when your package is picked up, you can ask
    the driver to print you a label if needed as well. Good luck!

    XBOX Returns Label

    I need to send my Kinect off to get repaired, I have certain stages to follow and the next one is to print off a postage label, when the label comes up on the screen it is blank with a little red x in the corner. I can't seem to change the format to view
    the picture. Has anyone has the same problem or does anyone know of how to resolve this issue???

    A voluntary fee? That doesn't make sense, if I can't get a free postage label there's hardly an option in trying to ship it back - you either pay the postage yourself or it doesn't go anywhere.

    Help with your existing repair order    . What I personally would recommend to do as far as printing the shipping label is if there is a local library or friends house that the shipping label can be printed at I'd swing by and attempt to print it.

    You will need the shipping label. If you are unable to print the label at home, you may be able to visit a local store that offers printing services. I used Kinko's personally when my printer was down, to print things from email.

    Hello TJokerK, what others here have said is correct. You should never be paying to ship the console to Microsoft. You should have received a shipping label to the email address associated with your Xbox Live account, or Microsoft account. All you need to
    do is supply a box, and print the label. The postage is payed for you. If you could please mark this as answered it would be appreciated.
