    Can’t press ‘A’


    Having a problem on the Xbox interface where I can’t press the “A” button it’s not registering it. It’s making it impossible to get into most games. On disc games which auto load when you put them in the A button works perfectly so this isn’t a controller
    issue. Please fix this issue.

    Xbox not responding

    I can’t go to anything in my Xbox.I press a button but it won’t take me there it just presses it and nothing happens. I try to go to my apps but it won’t let me.Ive had this problem for a week and Ive reset the Xbox a couple times.I can’t even play games
    either.Im stuck on the home screen most of the time.Its not like it’s frozen it just doesn’t responds whenever I press a button on the Xbox.

    I can’t unmute

    for some reason I can’t unmute some of my friends nothings wrong just won’t let me press unmute

    I have an Xbox series s. I can not play any 360 games. Every time I try, I try to download my profile and the msg “can’t connect to Xbox live” comes up.

    I tried that. When I press a to download profile it loads saying check network status then says it can’t connect.

    Yeah that’s the problem when you press unblock it auto blocks them again and you can’t unmute them so you can’t hear them but they don’t have you blocked they can hear you but you can’t unmute them and it’s weird because you have them added but when you go to their profile to see if you have them blocked it does
