    Ive recently been trying to pre order black ops cold war only for it to constantly tell me i need to contact support. Ive tried this by using the chat thing but it keeps freezing. Only for me to restart it and kick me back to the end of the line.

    Cancelling pre-order games?

    To double check: Did you contact the chat or phone teams? If you contacted Twitter Support, they would not be able to assist you with cancelling a preorder. That's something that can only be done by phone and chat support.
