Can't preorder Destiny The Taken King Digital Download

ive been trying to pre order Destiny The Taken King Digital Download ($40), but on the Xbox store shows it as unavailable, and when I try to order it online it says Coming Soon. I know my friends have pre ordered this item, so why can't I?

I own Destiny and both previous expansions.

Destiny The Taken King digital download

I too already own Destiny, Dark Below, and House of Wolves and tried getting the digital download preordered for my 360. I can't. My concern is that we're just 2+ days away from release of Taken King and the content isn't orderable and I'll miss out on
the preorder bonuses (emblem, shader, etc.).

 

I Paid for Content and Now it is Gone

So just a few days ago I bought Destiny: The Taken King - Legendary Edition for $30.00 USD in the Xbox Live Store because it was on sale for Gold Members. That bundle includes Destiny, Destiny: The Taken King, and Destiny: The Taken King -
Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade. I was able to download everything. However in game my Destiny: The Taken King - Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade content did not show up. So I quit and closed the game completely and went into manage game and uninstalled
it. I then reinstalled the Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade content and restarted my game. It did not appear again so I quit and completely closed the game. But when I uninstalled it and to try again my Destiny: The Taken King - Digital Collector's Edition
Upgrade did not appear in the add-on to download section like it normally does. So can someone help me figure out what went wrong? I paid for this add I want my content back. I am writing on the Destiny forums about the content not appearing but can someone
tell me why I cannot see or re-download the Destiny: The Taken King - Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade content. Thank you!

Why are they asking me to pay £39.99 for an expansion?

 

They have 3 or 4 different ones. I paid and installed mine last week, just keep looking I doubt they took it down.

cannot believe bungie have the nerve to force us to pay 39.99 for the expansion or basically nerf the original game that much it will be unplayable. no more purchasing bungie games for me.

 

I love "Destiny".

It's an amazing game that for many of us had us playing day after day for almost an entire year.

But this is greedy.

If I see a good offer I'll grab it but at that price I'm in no rush to go and bow before the Taken King.

 

What do you mean that they have multiple versions, Disc Frolf?

 

The purchase price will appear only after you have signed into the site. Then you can click and follow through to purchase it.
