    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. Just to clarify, what happens when you try to pre-order Destiny 2: Shadowkeep? Do you receive any error messages or codes? Did you make sure that your payment instruments were all up to date? Billing info is up to
    date?

    I think the problem might be my card because i have no money on it but it is backing up my NBA 2k20 Pre order so i can’t remove it but i don’t know why that would affect the purchases with the money on my xbox. Does it have to be backing up the pre order
    because i bought it with the money on the xbox not my card?
