Can't pre-order single 'The Dark Below' DLC for the 360 ?

Went to my local Gamestop last night to pre-order just the single DLC for 'The Dark Below' for $19.99, not the full expansion pass for $34.99.

They tell me they are not taking pre-orders for it. He tells me he will give me a code for $22 of MS Currency so I can just pre-order it online.

I take my receipt and code, get home and log into the 360 .... but before I put in the redeem code for the $22 I check the price of the DLC and it's not available to purchase. The full expansion pass, yes ... just The Dark Below ... nope. I log into the
Xbox 360 store, same thing .. no single DLC available.

I check around and see that I can pre-order just TDB for PS3, PS4, and XB1 ... but NOT for the 360. A couple places I checked simply said 'not released yet'.

So what gives here ? Am I stuck with $22 of MS currency (maybe not 'stuck' since I can use it for whatever) ? Is there a release date for the 360 pre-order like the rest of the platforms ? Are they trying to make me go back and buy the full expansion pass
? Anybody run into this yet ?

Pre order offers... Who is getting what?

Hey guys I got a problem with the Pre-order DLC. I had to send my Xbox 360 slim for repairs and they sent it back fine. I had to tranfers my Lincense, which worked, but my Pre-Order DLC do not work. I try to redownload from my history on here but the page
comes up saying "Oops We can't find that" or something close to that. Do you guys know how to fix this because I can't use any of my Pre-order DLC on Brink and Halo Reach that I downloaded on my Xbox 360 using my gamertag.

Generally therefore expensive.

 

The dlc hasn't come out yet, so it isn't available to purchase. Other platforms have preorder, the 360 doesn't. So just wait till the 9th and download it then.

Why wouldn't you just get the expansion pass?

 

Good question ... I wanted to buy TDB for a friend as a birthday present as well as myself ... so it was $44 -vs- $70 ... being cheap is probably the answer.
