Can't pre order rise of iron for destiny!!

So I'm a massive destiny player, me and a buddy play together so we did a license share or transfer thingy to split the costs of the dlcs between us.

I've been trying to pre order the upcoming dlc "Rise of iron" but everytime I try it says I require a previous expansion, which i already have through the license share thingy, so my question is: do i have to buy the previous expansions as well (as technically
i dont own them i guess) to be able to pre order the upcoming dlc??

I should add to, im able to play all the expansions for this game although not having actually paid for one or two of them, and when i look at the most recent it expansion on the xbox store it says "you can use this app for now, or buy it to own forever"

any help or advice appreciated as dont want the dlc to come out and not be able to play it!!!

Destiny Rise of Iron issue

I seem to be getting something different.

I can't easily find "Destiny: Rise of Iron" in the store pages without doing a manual search for "Rise of Iron".

I get an add-on page for ROI, but there's no purchase/pre-order options. There's only a message that says "(!) Destiny: Rise of Iron is currently not available."

The Pre-order for Destiny: Rise of Iron has just went live. you should have no problem pre-ordering now.

Because you're trying to purchase from an account that doesn't technically own the previous DLC you wouldn't be able to purchase the content. You would need to buy the previous content or purchase Rise of Iron from the account that is sharing the license.
